Operations & Maintenance

Leadership

Ben Kahane is the Founder and CEO of Integrative Charging, where he leverages his extensive background in finance—gained at global institutions like Goldman Sachs and State Street Bank—and his experience in both commercial and residential real estate development to drive innovation in the emerging electrification infrastructure sector.

As an early adopter of electric vehicles (EVs), Ben recognized firsthand the challenges faced by property owners and site hosts who sought to integrate EV charging infrastructure into their facilities. Motivated by a desire to address the barriers limiting EV adoption, he set out to create a solution that would make charging more efficient, seamless, and cost-effective. Integrative Charging was born out of this vision, combining Ben’s passion for sustainability with his expertise in finance and development.
